PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Schemes) is an independent, non-governmental organization established to help promote the principles of sustainable forest management. The main goal of the PEFC system is to verify the origins of wood at the stage of its acquisition, production, and business operations in compliance with your country’s law. Obtaining a PEFC certificate proves that the timber used in production comes from fully legal sources. The PEFC symbol is recognizable worldwide.
